SHIPPING POLICY

It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you believe you have provided and incorrect shipping address, please contact immediately.

Ship dates may vary based on location, but rest assured, your order will get to you.

If it rolls past 14 days, you may receive a refund for your purchase.

ArtzyChic is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you receive any information stating your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before returning anything, please take pictures of the item at every angle and email the images to artzychic.jaemichele@gmail.com so that it can be determined if you will receive a refund and/or be eligible for an exchange.

If you wish to return an order, it must not be damaged. Damage includes tears, stains, water damage, etc. If the product is damaged, a refund is not to be expected.

Exchanges are only accepted for t-shirts if you were delivered the wrong size. However, should there be any damage to the shirt you were delivered, you will not be able to make an exchange.
